I’ll be honest. I’m often sceptic towards vegan food. BUT THIS. THIS will go into my go-to list of dishes I cook more often.
It’s quick, takes 20 minutes to make, creamy, high in protein. What more can you ask for?
💡THE best shoulder exercise!
Bodybuilders have said it for years, and scientists have confirmed it. The best exercise for growing your shoulders is dumbbell press. It activates the shoulder muscle more than any other exercise.
For side delts, lateral raises wins.
For back delts, bent over lateral raises wins!
TIP: If you have trouble with your shoulders, try warming up by doing a butterfly swim motion with two super light dumbbells for a few minutes. Works like a charm.

Cheat reps, where you do the last few reps with suboptimal form.
You’re probably thinking about someone arching their back while doing a barbell biceps curl right now… Right?
It can be done in tons of exercises. In pullups, you can swing a bit on the last few reps. On tricep cable extension you can swing the weight a bit more.
Cheat reps is especially good for more advanced lifters who needs to squeeze out every single set to progress. Adding a few cheat reps at the end of you sets lets you exhaust the muscles just a bit more.
For a beginner, it’s not as needed since you’ll progress quickly even without it.
